I have found several programs that work with MJPEG, but none that work with H.264.Īny suggestions? I'm sure NSN users have used software of this kind before.Įdited by CharlesC, 01 February 2016 - 04:53 PM. Now that its all online, this is quite important for me.
What I really need is software that will capture IP Cam H.264 with a RTSP output and direct that to a virtual webcam. I got this as an alternative to SparkoCam which I have seen working in the past, but it was full of crap so I decided to go with this. I'm sure original IP Cam resolution will suffer too.
I have to run two screens, one screen to display IP Cam pic that SparkoCam grabs, and one screen to display SharpCap. SharpCap is able to pull in video from this virtual webcam, but it has problems. Establish dominance with creamy bokeh and. SparkoCam will capture a section of a screen and direct that to a virtual webcam. Canon or Nikon camera: SparkoCam Virtual Webcam (69.95) (Windows only) Sony camera: Sony Remote and OBS (free) (kind of hacky) Fuji camera: Use the X Webcam app with a compatible camera (Windows only) No matter what kind of camera you have, the important thing is to put your coworkers in their place. I tried a lot of things, but only SparkoCam ($39) works.
Problem is I need to capture an IP Cam H.264 output and direct that to a virtual webcam or virtual directshow device so I can receive video in SharpCap.įirst, I'll mention the not so great solution I've found, and then what would be an ideal solution. Those with NSN experience probably have a solution.
